Jane Marcum is the founder of the SANCS orphanage and has been working in China since the 80's. She has a sincere love for the children in China. Out of their love for the children, many teachers from our University are committed to visit once or twice a semester. The teachers have provided relationship, toys, candy, necessities and continue to support the children with letters and finances.

The orphanage is approx. 1.5 hours from the university. It is such a privilege for us to support them and know they're being cared for in a clean, healthy, Christian environment. janemarcum@sancs.org www.sancs.org

Mary Alice is from Dayton Ohio where she attended a Vineyard church, an affiliate of Rick Joyner's Morning Star Church. She has 5 children, 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Attended U.Conn and University of Cincinnati. Mary Alice has been in education for many years and has a certificate from the Center for Montessori Teacher Education. She was acting Head Directress of the Montessori Elementary School in Dayton. Mary Alice came to China in 1998 to serve the Chinese people and share the Good News of Christ with the full support of her local church body. She received an honorary citizenship from a city in Henan Province China for her contribution to the city through her relationships and work with the students. She has a passion and love for students, desire to reach them with the Gospel and encourage them to reach others in their own communities and nation. She will now focus on language study and leadership training to prepare young men and women to go out and fulfill the Great Commission.

Chinese Student Leaders: We provide monthly support to some Chinese student leaders who are interested in Ministering after graduation.
